Delivery Information

Facilities for Registered Users, Online orders and Payment:
  1. The Registered User can place order from the Daily Demand Platform;
  2. The minimum order price shall be 300/- in order to get delivery. If in case the minimum order price is not Rs. 300/- then the order shall be delivered with an extra delivery charge which shall be displayed while confirming the order;
  3. Owner reserves the right to refuse or to accept or to cancel any order from any Registered user beyond the delivery area or otherwise;
  4. Delivery orders are subject to: Registered user addresses falling in the delivery area (area within which Daily Demand Platform is available). The delivery area is defined from time to time by Owner at its discretion and is subject to change;
  5. In case the delivery locality is not listed in the map of platform, delivery orders cannot be placed.
  6. Once the order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancel by Registered User for any reason.
  7. The price of Vegetables, Fruits, Milk Products, Spices, Dry Fruits, Grocery items, Bakery Products and Certified Organic Products is exclusive of delivery charges as applicable, plus service tax and other taxes as may be applicable from time to time;

Registered User can pay in advance on the Daily Demand Platform by selecting the Online Payment option upon which they shall be redirected to an external payment gateway, on which they are required to follow the payment gateway’s separate instructions for effecting online payment. The payment gateway is not under Owner’s control, and Owner is not responsible for and shall not be liable to any extent or in any manner for any payment-related or internet-related issues faced by registered user/user in relation to online payments including payment refunds, and customers shall indemnify and keep fully and effectively indemnified Owner and its affiliates in this regard. The Registered User can also select the Cash On Delivery (COD) option and pay once the order is delivered. Daily Demand Platform reserves the right to use third party platform to co-ordinate such payment transaction by the Registered Users. The Owner shall not be held responsible for loss or damages cost to the Registered User by such third party/parties.

Daily Demand’s Delivery, Return, and Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Firstly, we thank you for choosing Daily Demand and it is an honest attempt to make hazel free delivery to your doorstep. In some cases, it is not always possible for us to refund the amount paid by customer. Having said that we will always try our best to address your queries and concerns.

  1. Delivery and Return Policy:
    1. Once Order placed You will get pop up for Available Delivery Time Slots;
    2. User has to select the Delivery slot of Choice;
    3. Once Delivery slot selected, we will deliver the products at doorstep;
    4. Once delivered Goods/Products will not be taken back;
    5. The ordered goods/products shall not be altered in any manner;
    6. The product is intact and in saleable condition; and
    7. The product is accompanied by the original invoice of purchase.
  2. Cancellation/Change of Order and Refund:

    After placing the orders through Registered Business Associates or Agents[refer definition 1(g)] of Daily Demand Platform, if the Registered User wants to cancel the order then he/she/they can cancel or change the order within 5 hours from the receipt of order. Due to perishable nature of the Goods/Products the Registered User shall cancel or change the order within 5 hours from the receipt of order and the entire amount will be refunded to Registered User’s account within 7-8 working days. The order cancellation message will be sent on the registered mobile number of the Registered User. After 5 hours of placing order registered user cannot able to cancel or change the order.  In this case payment will not be refunded to Registered User.

    Registered User can place direct order by using Daily Demand Platform/website. Orders placed by Registered User’s on Daily Demand Platform cannot be cancelled or refunded.
